Refund Policy

At Vastique Labs, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

The refunds are assessed on a case by case basis, and are available under the following conditions:

• A refund can be requested if it is within 15 days from the start of the service or project. Refunds will not be issued after 15 days of the start of the service or project.

• Vastique Labs reserves the right to deny refunds based on its own self discretion, and without liability to the Client.

• If a refund request is accepted, there will be a 25% fee assigned to the remaining billable period.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the client must follow these steps:

• Send an email to support@vastiquelabs.com with the subject line “Refund Request"

• Include the following information in the email:
- Full name and contact information
- Transaction details (e.g., invoice number, payment method).
- Reason for the refund request.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and process your refund, if eligible, within 7-10 business days.

3. Conditions for Asset Delivery

If a refund is requested before the first 15 days in which the service or project was started:

• No assets (e.g., code, design files, or other deliverables) related to the project will be provided. The reason is due to the project being considered incomplete, and the team not being compensated for the work.

• The assets/materials produced by Vastique Labs are of its own intelectual property if a refund is issued during the first month, and are prohibited from being used by the Client in any way. Vastique Labs reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions against Client for breach of this clause.

If the project was completed and all agreed deliverables were provided, a refund will not be granted under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds will not be issued after 15 days from the start of the service or project.

• If the work has been completed and assets have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

• Under the discretion of Vastique Labs.

5. Privacy

We do not collect any personal information through this website unless you voluntarily provide it via contact forms or email. Any information you submit will be used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
